I would like you all to know how much I will miss this great get together!  I have loved coming to our reunions.  Keith and I are leaving on a mission on June 20th.  Our farewell, here in California, is on the 15th.  All our family will be here, including 18 grandchildren, and so sneaking off for a couple of days just won't work!  Keith will be president of the Mexico City Southeast Mission and my spanish is not very good!  Guess I should have taken that in High School!  My love goes out to everyone.  See you in 5 years!

I just got the info back on where we are in the parade on Saturday. We're entry 51 and we'll start out right in front of the jr. high, so that is where to look for the bus on Saturday morning. The parade starts at 10:00, so be there by 9:30 or so. We'll be painting the bus at Richard's shop  (1375 W. 800 N., Mapleton - Turn east at the Texaco on the old highway) on Friday evening, so plan on that, too. It will be a blast! 

I don't know much more about who we'll be by in the parade, but entry 52 is an equestrian group. Hope we don't spook the horses!

I am sorry & deeply saddened to say this....

My wonderful husband has passed away early Saturday. He had a long hard struggle, but went peacefully in his sleep at home. I was so lucky to have his sister and husband here for 3 weeks helping me. I was blessed to have him for 18 years of my life.....

To go to the obituary and see the tribute to him.  I'm not sure the web name, but it's Hodge funeral home in St. Maries, Idaho, they have an on-line tribute......

I will be thinking of all of you on your hippie bus and wish I could be there.....Please take photos to share for me.

Kate.I just read all the comments about the class reuion. I was saddened to hear about Linda's Husbands passing. My heart goes out to her and the family. I'm sorry I didnt make it to the party but JoAnn and I were on an alaskin tour and cruise.We had a great time and hope everyone at the party did the same at the reuion party. Linda, I add my condolences to the rest and pray you'll find comfort and solace in good memories and the warm embraces of loved ones. Everything else takes a back seat to your sadness at Lar's passing, but we'll keep you in our thoughts this weekend and look forward to the day you can join us for a happier time.

Of course, we'll take pictures and all that, so you can see your handiwork on the bus. Hope you can feel the love we are sending your way.
