On June 4, 1999 Scott Straw left this mortal existence which had often been painful, troubled and unfulfilled to return to the arms of an always loving Heavenly Father. Scott had such a sweet nature, but was never intimidated even when wisdom would have dictated retreat.

He was born March 3, 1951 and raised in Springville. Scott loved the mountains and canyons above Springville and it was his wish that his brother Jeff would take him for one last flight and scatter his ashes there.Scott was preceded in death by his father, William James Straw. He is survived by his daughter, Shannon and grandson, Joey; mother, Sina Mae; siblings, Beverly Cloud, Bill (Cheryl), Jeffrey (Linda), Paul (Janae), Molly (Ron) Andersen; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
