Springville - Connie Crane, 18, died December 20 (1969) at her home after a long illness.  Born February 3, 1951, Provo, to Fred C. and Donna Lewis Crane. Member LDS Church.  Graduated from Springville High School 1969.  Worked in Primary and Sunday School in Springville Third LDS Ward.  Member of Novelty Circle club.  Survivors: parents, brothers, sisters: Ray, Springville; Jim L., Spanish Fork; Mrs. Niel Shoell (Judy Ann); Kathryn both Springville; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy C. Collins, Provo.  Funeral Tuesday noon, Springville Third LDS Ward.  Friends call Berg Mortuary of Springville Monday 6-8 PM and Tuesday until 11:45 AM. Burial Provo City Cemetery.

 

Funeral Servies will be held today (Tuesday) at noon in the Third-Ninth Ward for Connie Crane, 18, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred C. Crane, who died at her home December 20, 1969 following a long illness.  Bishop Harold Whiting of the Third Ward will officiate. Friends may call at the Berg Mortuary here until 11:45. Burial will be in the Provo City Cemetery.  She attended the Maeser School in Provo and moved to Springville with her parents in 1959.  She graduated from Junior high here and also from Springville High School last spring.  She was active in the Third Ward Primary and Sunday School.  In high school she was a member of the A Capella choir and the Drama Club.  She was a member of the Novelty Circle Club and a sorority at Springville High. Survivors include her parents, grandparents, Mrs. Ray Collins, Provo; brothers and sisters, Ray Springville, Jim L., Spanish Fork; Mrs. Niel (Judy) Shoell and Kathryn Crane, Springville. – The Daily Herald, December 25, 1969
